Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Davinder Accessories Home. We are committed to providing you with high-quality artificial jewellery and a smooth shopping experience.
Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully to understand our process and requirements.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

Wrong product received
Damaged product received
Missing item in the order

To process any return or claim, a clear and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
Without an unboxing video, no return or refund request will be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do NOT accept returns for the following:

✘ Change of mind or dislike after receiving the product
✘ Size or design expectations not matching (minor variations)
✘ Products damaged due to customer handling
✘ Sale/discount items
✘ Customized or special-made pieces

Please note:
Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography—these are not eligible for returns.


3. Time Frame for Return Requests

You must raise a return request within:

24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To raise a return or refund request:

  1. Email us at davinderaccessorieshome@gmail.com

  2. Attach your unboxing video, photos, and a short description of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify the request within 1–2 working days.

  4. Once approved, the product must be returned in:

    • Original packaging

    • Unused condition

    • With all accessories included


5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

✔ Approved refunds will be processed via:

  • UPI

  • Bank Transfer

  • Wallet credit (if applicable)

⏳ Refund time: 3–7 working days after approval.

Refund amount will reflect only after the bank processes the transaction.


6. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different product, please place a new order.


7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only if it is not yet shipped.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipment by Courier

If the courier company confirms a lost or damaged package, we will offer:

✔ Replacement (if stock available)
OR
✔ Full refund


9. Important Notes

  • Products returned without approval will not be accepted.

  • Refund will be issued only after product verification.

  • Multiple return claims from the same customer may be restricted.
